NAPALM DEATH To Make Indonesian Live Debut This Weekend
April 14, 2005NAPALM DEATH will travel to Indonesia this weekend to perform a one-off show in an outdoor venue near Ancol Beach, Jakarta. The long awaited concert will be held on Saturday, April 16 at 7:00 p.m. The opening act for this concert is a local major-label grindcore act from Jakarta, TENGKORAK. The concert will mark the second time a foreign extreme music act has ever hit an Indonesian stage after DISGORGE performed in Bandung, West Java in April 2004. The NAPALM DEATH concert in Indonesia is sponsored by the biggest tobacco company in the country, Gudang Garam.
NAPALM DEATH's new album, "The Code is Red...Long Live the Code", is scheduled for release in Europe on April 25 via Century Media Records.
"The Code Is Red… Long Live The Code" was recorded at Foel Studios with producer Russ Russell and features guest appearances by Jello Biafra (ex-DEAD KENNEDYS),Jamey Jasta (HATEBREED) and Jeff Walker (ex-CARCASS).
